[Afrika] International Fellowships Program for African Student - African Universities
The IFP, which will provide support for up to three years of formal post-graduate study, is a new Programme whose “fundamental objective is to provide opportunities to exceptional individuals from diverse backgrounds, social groups and communities that lack systematic access to higher education”. Ford International Fellows, as recipients of the Fellowships will be called, are expected to use their education to become leaders in fields that further the Ford Foundation’s goals of strengthening democratic values, reducing poverty and injustice, promoting international cooperation and advancing human achievement.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be residents or resident nationals of Ghana, Nigeria, or Senegal.

Amount note
The level and duration of the award will be determined as part of the placement process. Each Fellowship covers tuition fees, subsistence allowance, travel and other related expenses.
