Scholarships for PhD Research in Earth Sciences
A E Ringwood Scholarships for PhD Research in Earth Sciences. The A.E. Ringwood Scholarships are designed to attract students of high calibre to pursue PhD research in Earth Sciences.
The scholarship provides a stipend of $26,923 per year for the duration of the course (3 years, with a possible 6 month extension), paid in fortnightly instalments. The scholarship also covers: full tuition fees; travel to Canberra from within Australia; travel to Canberra from outside Australia; and reimbursement of some removal expenses.

Eligibility
Applicants must: be undertaking a research PhD in the field of Earth Sciences; have achieved first-class honours or a master degree from a recognised university; be International students.
