[UK] MRes Ecological and Environmental Sciences - University of Southampton
The new Environmental Management Programme has been conceived as an umbrella programme under which master’s students can pursue both taught and research degrees in environmental subjects. The programme offers a choice of two research pathways leading to MRes degrees and five taught pathways leading to MSc degrees, including the MRes in Ecological and Environmental Sciences pathway. Our highly-respected MSc in Integrated Environmental Studies remains available to provide generic training across a wide range of environmental sub-disciplines.
In addition, however, we now offer more specialist training geared towards specific career choices. Whichever path you choose, our aim is to provide you with high class training and a thriving learning environment so that you will meet the demands of employers and make a difference to the world’s future.

There are up to 12 fees-only scholarships are available to students on the Environmental Management Programme.

UK/EU students are eligible for the scholarship if they have lived in their own country or the UK for the past three years, this can include time for education. Overseas applicants would need to have lived in the UK for the past three years, this does not include time for educational purposes. The scholarship is for full time studies only. All eligible applicants will be considered for the scholarships, which will be awarded on a competitive basis.
