Southern Crop Protection and Food Research Centre,London, Ontario Ph. D. Project: Study mechanisms and develop strategies via molecular biology and biotechnology approaches for viral disease resistance in fruit trees.
Interested individuals should be highly motivated, possess good organization and interpersonal skills, and work independently. The candidates should be familiar with basic molecular techniques, such as vector construction, PCR, Southern and Northern blot, and plant genetic transformation.
