The Division of Politics and International Relations (PAIR) wishes to appoint someone with a specialist interest in the global political economy of energy or energy security. This post represents an opportunity to develop a new area within the School but with particular emphasis upon inter-disciplinary collaboration with related programme areas across the University .
You will be based in the Division of Politics and International Relations and expected to develop new teaching and research programmes in the global politics of energy and to contribute to interdisciplinary and cross school initiatives in this field. You should possess or have recently completed a PhD in global political economy with a particular focus on global energy policy and/ or energy security.
The post is tenable from 1st January 2007.
