[United State] Indian Health Service Scholarship Programs
The IHS Scholarship is for students interested in, or who are presently in, health related preparatory or professional academic programs. Both full and part-time student opportunities are available.
In order to have a complete IHS Scholarship Application, use the “Application Checklist†form.
- Must have a complete application
- Official transcripts
- Letter of admission for fall 07 and if applying for the Professions level of the scholarship the letter must indicate acceptance into the professional level of program
- Also a certificate of tribal membership must accompany this application (certificates showing Indian blood quantum alone, are not acceptable)
