[United States] Parents Association Scholarships - Arizona State University
Families of ASU students across the nation make generous donations that fund these awards. Funds are distributed to scholars in 50% increments for the fall and spring semesters during financial aid disbursement. In addition to the financial award, scholars have the opportunity to get involved in the ASU community via community service opportunities, interaction with the Parents Association, and participation in such events as Family Weekend and Sun Devil 101.
Strong consideration is given for financial need, community service and/or university involvement and to students who are the first generation in their immediate family planning to graduate from a four year college or university.
All awards will be based on financial need and demonstrated evidence of strong commitment to academic success and achievement of personal and educational goals.
The scholarship deadline is March 1, 2007. The application and all supporting material must be received by this date.
