[USA] AthletiCare Undergraduate Scholarship

Are you a high school senior who is planning to pursue a career as an athletic trainer, physical therapist or other allied health professional? If so, you may be eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship from AthletiCare.
Two scholarships, in the amount of $500 each, will be awarded to two graduating high school seniors for the 2011-2012 school year.
Successful recipients must be one of the following:

a graduating high school senior at one of the WNY area high schools that AthletiCare’s Sports Outreach Program currently contracts with for athletic training services for the 2011-2012 school year (see eligible schools below)

a graduating high school senior whose parent/guardian is a Catholic Health associate AND plans to enroll in an accredited college or university to pursue a degree in one of the allied health fields listed below.

Minimum Criteria
Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 for the first three years of high school.
